Brain Drain Brain Gain

The Brain Drain Brain Gain (2007-2009) project aims to produce training materials for professionals dealing a more internationally mobile workforce. The training handbook will be based on 3 previously successful EU projects to transfer their innovation and adapt them to circumstances of Brain Drain Brain Gain. The projects are:

The project is German led with partners from Slovakia, Luxembourg, Bulgaria, UK, Turkey and Poland. Brain Drain Brain Gain will examine different situations in the partner countries and analyse the push and pull factors and consult relevant stakeholders to form a firm basis for the training materials.
