TalkIT

This project focuses on developing adequate language skills for individuals operating small tourism businesses. The project aims to develop innovative language training opportunities for tourism entrepreneurs using Open and Distance Learning (ODL) and the pedagogical approach of Content and Language Integrated Learning (CLIL).

The project is co-ordinated by Folkuniversitetet in Kristianstad, Sweden, and has partners in Austria, Denmark, Italy, Luxembourg, Poland, Romania, Spain, Sweden, the Czech Republic and the United Kingdom.

French Course (under construction)

Through the TalkIT project Careers Europe have developed an online French course aimed at people working in the tourism industry. This is free to use. The material was developed and written by Cecile Besrest-Butler and Madeleine Lester. Click here
