Description
The “Searched and Found” project is based on the development
of a particular diagnostics and subsequent test procedure
for teenagers in the age range 14 – 21. It will develop an
internet platform which will act as a connecting point
between teenagers seeking work and training providers. This
platform will match the abilities of young people with the
needs of employers and training providers, using a
diagnostic test. This will ensure that the most suitable
candidates are put in contact with a recruiting employer or
training provider, making the filling of vacancies quicker
and more cost effective.
