Guidance Merger

Description

The Guidance Merge project is a transnational Leonardo pilot project which created tools to link the growing development of guidance for individual staff within companies and organisations (SME:s and larger) to the structures, aims and the objectives of the companies themselves. 

The project will reviewed and evaluated existing methodologies of work, training and existing products and tools to establish good practice in the field. The partners then worked to link guidance activities to companies and organisations using different methods to produce national tools to assist practitioners and policy makers and then combined them to produce trans-national tools.
